The product has been tested extensively before shipment, as follows:
1. Aging test
Before shipping, the product will undergo a 24-hour uninterrupted aging test to ensure the normal performance of the product.
2. High and low temperature test
Our products are of true industrial grade, the working temperature is -40°C to 85°C, and they can be used normally in high and low temperature test chambers.
3. Surge protection and electrostatic protection
Industrial-grade switches are used in a harsh environment. They are usually used outdoors, and it is inevitable to encounter lightning. If the switch does not have surge protection, once the network cable is struck by lightning, the components on the PCB board will be damaged due to excessive current. Most industrial switches generally provide surge protection to prevent damage to components on the PCB.
